Brent Health Matters Advice line

An advice line was launched following discussions held with residents in the community about what we could do to help address health inequalities and improve outcomes for local people.
The aim of the advice line is to open up support to anyone who might need help and advice or to be signposted to the most appropriate service in the borough.
It is aimed particularly at those residents who are not registered with a GP and/or don’t regularly access services.
The advice line is a dedicated service providing support relating to:
- Non-clinical health and social care queries
- Signposting to the right providers of services
- Advice to empower people to better manage health conditions.
