A Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a forum for patients who are interested in health concerns, especially community health care. The group collaborates closely with the Practice. At meetings, the group will debate health care issues, patient/practice issues, health promotion and education, disease prevention, NHS changes, and any other relevant health topic.
At Freuchen Medical Centre, we have a Patient Group up and running. The group meet regularly every two months at Freuchen Medical Centre.
Meetings are open to all patients from our practice.
We want to know how we can better serve you and how you feel about our surgery and staff. To obtain a sample that is truly representative, we seek to assemble patients from as wide a range as possible. We require young people, employees, pensioners, individuals with chronic illnesses, and members of non-British ethnic groups.
